●Characteristics:

1.This kind of pump has dual function that can be used for liquid or gas sampling.It is a self-priming pump.
(When turned on ,the pump starts to do the liquid sampling,no extra water is needed at the beginning.)
It also allows dry running.(When the liquid runs out or without liquid ,the pump can run smoothly without any damage)
It is equipped with brushless DC motor, durable and low interference.It can run continuously around the clock without 
interfering with the surrounding electronic components or polluting power source. Stable performance and high reliability. 
Maintenance-free .Damp gas as the medium is acceptable. No pollution during the gas transmitted as it is oilless operation. 
Corrosive gas is allowed to be input(The material for the parts which come in contact with gas : Glass fiber reinforced 
nylon ,EPDM rubber, silicon rubber)

2.Easy to adjust the speed of the pump.The flow rate can be changed by freely adjusting the rotate speed of motor through
electrical control.There are feedback signals about the rotating speed of motor, which indicate the working status and 
can realize closed-loop control,thus facilitate the intelligent control.(this function do not apply to Economical version
and Simplified version)

3.It can be mounted in any plane.such as horizontal plane,vertical plane, slope.Perfect self-protective function.
It has functions of overheating protection and overload protection.(This function do not apply to Economical version)
The pump applies to wide fields, especially in gas (or liquid) analyzer, industrial instruments etc.

Tips for service life test: 

1.Test condition: The service life test results based on clean & non-corrosive laboratory,
the pumps run continuously around the clock with full load. If the operation condition is 
better than that of our, service life will be greatly extended.
Laboratory conditions:

Ambient temperature: 5℃-33℃, fluctuates according to the climate
Relative humidity: 50%-85%, fluctuates according to the climate

2.Instructions for Loading Test:When the inlet completely been blocked, gas outlet through
to the atmosphere without any connection. 

3.Because the test is undergoing checking, the data may be updated in future without any notice.

 

●Attentions:

1.To be used as gas pump,both the inlet and outlet of this pump can run 
in heavy duty ,even completely blocked, both are proper functioning.

2.To be used as liquid pump, the inlet of this pump can run in heavy-duty,
even completely blocked. The outlet should remain unobstructed.

3.Customization is available.

4.Weight: approximately 310 g.

5.All parameters presented in this instruction are based on the standard 
atmospheric pressure at 25℃, unless otherwise defined. The free flow is

1.Service Conditions

The pump shall not be exposed to direct sun light.
It shall work in clean and non-corrosive environment.
Ambient temperature:

Gas or liquid is allowed, but with solid particles are not acceptable.

Adjust the motor speed and pump flow by changing the duty-cycle.We suggest the PWM input signal frequency in this range :20KHz-30KHz .This port can not control the start & stop.

FG feedback signal (motor speed feedback signal, pulse signal).The motor output 6 pulse for making a circle (No yellow wire for economic version and simplified version).

Low level <0.5V;high level <6V,recommend high level=5V.Max.rated current of FG signal is 2mA .   

The internal motor is open-drain status,therefore you need to be pulled outside.Voltage 5V,resistance 5.1kΩ.

Warning:No hot plugging!No connect or disconnect the motor leading wire when the power is on
Forbid to reverse the positive and negative pole ,otherwise the motor will be damaged!

●Motor electrical schematic diagram and peripheral circuit:

 

1.As shown in figure. Several ports must connect schottky diode, here is why:
the internal functions of the motor control and drive are MOS(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) tube,
the input impedance is high, the ports must be connected to the schottky diodes to prevent
any accidental larger jamming signal to breakdown the MOS tube.

2.The requirement for the control of electricity level: 0V≤low level≤0.8V,2V≤high level≤5V

3.FG port for motor speed feedback signal, should be paid attention to in the application:
FG output signal port is open drain, the user needs to connect a pull-up resistors,
an application example as shown in figure.

 

 

 

 Optional Accessories

Filter Silicone tube(Note: inner diameter is about 5mm, and outer diameter is about 9mm.)

 

  Note: A medium size filter and a 10cm silicone tube will be included in the package for each
pump.

 

  Attentions

      1.The water outlet of the pump must be unobstructed. No foreign substance is allowed in the nozzle, or the micro pump may be damaged.

      2.The product is not intrinsically safe. It is not recommended to be used in inflammable and explosive environment!

      3.When the air pumped is hazardous, users must re-seal the pump for the sake of safety!
